Once a waterproofing project manager has visited your building and investigated all aspects of the building envelope-such as the windows, walls, basement, roof, skylights, doors, concrete and masonry-he will write up a detailed estimate and discuss it with the client. Upon acceptance of the bid, a waterproofing crew and foreman will be assigned to the project and see it through from start to finish, with the foreman ensuring the project stays on time and cost schedule.
